More about your role


Understanding our complex estate working across business units is key to allow you to develop and implement a common framework for business architecture and process management which will ultimately lead to a more effortless service for both our colleagues and customers.


You will be working alongside our Senior Leaders across the organisation to operationalise our strategy and increase our agility and speed of change by assuring the operational and technological enablement of core capabilities across value streams.

More about you


You will have previous experience of working within a Change or Transformation team and experience of working as a Business Architect or Senior Business Analyst within a complex organisation.

You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to look beyond the immediate problem and identify wider implications of a decision.


You will be a people person, able to work across stakeholders at every level and to communicate complex information in a simplistic way.

You will have strong leaderships skills and be confident in making decisions, working with a customer centric approach,


Strong technical skills are needed to succeed in this role, as is the ability understand data and gain insight from this to shape change across the organisation.

You will be Qualified in Business/Enterprise Architecture and will hold a relevant Project Management qualification.
