An exciting opportunity has arisen for a remote Administration Assistant to join a boutique recruitment consultancy who focus on the Renewable Energy Industry.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting renewable energy and clean tech professionals toprogress their careers, while at the same time supporting those companies that are working daily to combat climate change and make our world a greener and cleaner place for future generations.

With strong administration and organisation skills you will be self-starter and motivated to work independently, while successfully prioritising workflow to tight timeframes, all the while executing the role to a standard of excellence.


As an Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing interview confirmations
  • Reference checks
  • Database input and management
  • Managing Directors diary and inbox
  • Playing a lead role in search

We are looking for an Administration Assistant who has the following skills and experience:

  • Strong administration and organisation capabilities
  • Advanced IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask, prioritising workflow with a range of relatively complex administration activities
  • Work autonomously and independently with an excellent and efficient work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality
  • Be a selfstarter and motivated to execute this role to an excellent standard
