Visiting Lecturer - Sport and Exercise Physiology
Variable Hours; Hourly Paid


Pay:
£ £49.77 per hour (+ holiday pay per hour) dependent on type of work undertaken.

- (The hourly pay rate is a comprehensive "scheduled teaching hour rate" which includes payment for more than one hour of teaching in recognition of additional work undertaken associated with the teaching commitment, typically this equates to a payment of 2.5 hours additional hours for each hour of teaching.)_


Who we're looking for:


Plymouth Marjon University is seeking to appoint Visiting Lecturers to contribute to a range of high-quality professionally accredited and endorsed degree programmes in The School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation.

We are particularly interested in motivated and enthusiastic individuals with an applied sport and exercise physiology background who can teach students across a range of modules.

These individuals will play a key role in guiding students towards the fulfilment of their learning objectives and ensure a high-quality student experience.

An excellent understanding of research, and research informed practice is highly valued.

Where you'll work:


In this role, you'll be based in the School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation, on our green campus in the north of Plymouth.

The University has a well-established reputation for sport and there is a thriving applied sport and exercise physiology practice and research culture.


Our current hybrid working policy means you can work from home or on campus, but you will need to maintain strong campus links and be available on-site when needed.
