Ocean BMW Plymouth are looking for a Receptionist to join its high performing team.

Your role
As a Receptionist, you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all who enter the Retail Centre.

As a Receptionist, you will build rapport with our customers, and establish their needs quickly in order to create a bespoke service for them.

You will also manage incoming calls and will be responsible for connecting the callers to the right department. Our Receptionists are our Brand Ambassadors, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything they do.

Your profile

To provide the best service to our customers we'll need someone who is: a proactive communicator with our management and dealership teams, innovative in your approach to creating experiences and someone who will use their own initiative where they think it will delight a customer.

You will also need excellent organisational and preparation skills with a genuine passion for detail.

Rewards

Your working hours will be 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 7.30 am 5 pm with an hour for lunch plus Saturdays on rota basis.

Salary £20,995.
