Description
To undertake expert assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for a specificgroup of service users.
To offer expert clinical advice for service users, carers, staff and other professionals.

To demonstrate advanced competence in highly complex decision making, assessment and themanagement of clinical needs within the specialist area of practice.

To work in partnership with service users, carers and other agencies to ensure effectiveness of outcomes.

We are seeking adaptable, flexible, innovative and competent mental health practitioners who have comprehensive experience of working in mental health services and wish to develop their professional skills within the hospital setting.

This will involve completing mental health assessments and the ability to effectively signpost while forging links with community organisations across health and social care.

You will build and maintain effective relationships with health professionals in the general hospital settings to raise awareness with regard to individuals with mental health issues.


You must be able to work independently with confidence in order to make informed clinical decisions regarding appropriate signposting/discharge process.

You should have a Registered Mental Health Professional qualification, with significant experience of working within the field of Mental Health.
