Sales Operations Specialist


Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Business Manager role for UKIN and evolving business needs.
  • Scheduling reconciliation and reporting will be a very large part of this role.
  • Dealing with large data sets or MI
  • Preparation of reports with distributors in Nordics, including data analysis and presentation.
  • Monitoring of tenders and sales force reporting, including tracking and analysing tender activity and providing insights to the sales team
  • Monitoring of pricing activities and results, including tracking and analysing pricing trends and providing recommendations to the sales team
  • Monitoring of value programs activities and support development value tools, including tracking, analysing activity, and providing insights to the sales team
  • Provide support for the sales team in managing their sales activities, including lead generation, opportunity management, and sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive business growth and optimize sales operations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability with 3 years in sales operations, data analysis, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and the ability to drive process improvement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service orientation
  • Self-Starter/works on own initiative
  • Attention to detail
