Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Service Improvement Team and play a key role in the development and delivery of the Trust's improvement priorities.


We are looking for highly motivated individuals, passionate about continuous improvement, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, develop improvement plans and programmes of work, deliver improvements and ensure the associated benefits of these are fully realised.

The improvement work includes projects and schemes that have quality, safety, service, cost saving and efficiency benefits.


The Service Improvement Partner roles will involve working with multiple stakeholders across clinical and corporate areas, to ensure that improvement projects and schemes are delivered within agreed timescales.


The roles will also involve supporting larger transformational programmes of work that are critical to the Trust to improve service, performance or generate savings.


The post holder will work closely with the Head of Service Improvement Office, Finance Business Partners, Clinical Collaboratives and corporate areas, to assist in the development and delivery of the Improvement Plan for South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.


The post holder will also support larger transformational programmes of work that are critical to the Trust to improve service, performance or generate savings.

This will include management of milestones, reporting and updates, as well delivery of actions and discrete improvement schemes.

Leadership and Improvement Training


South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff to the Trust; this training programme has been designed to support our leaders in developing their understanding of leadership and management skills.

You will be expected to attend the leadership development programme, and the Quality Improvement Programme that the Trust delivers. This programme aims to

After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
