The Talent Set are seeking an Events Fundraiser to work with a fantastic healthcare charity on an 11-month maternity contract within their Events and Community Team.

This is a part-time, 30 hour per week role, offering flexible hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in their office in North London.


Key responsibilities:

  • To deliver, market and recruit to several fundraising events
  • To implement a costeffective event that achieves fundraising targets.
  • Work alongside other Events Fundraisers to support with marshalling, recruitment, and advertising.
  • To proactively recruit and manage third party events.
  • To provide an outstanding supporter journey to fundraisers, helping to maximise their efforts and establish long term relationships.

Person specification:

  • Experience of organising, managing, and promoting successful events
  • Logistics experience is key with a proven ability to manage budget, recruitment, and advertising.
  • Persuasive communication skills: confidence and ability to inspire donors to support the work the charity does.
  • Strong written skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

What's on offer:
This a part-time role (30 hours per week) offering a salary of £30,000-£32,000 pro-rata. The role will be hybrid, with two days a week being spent at the charity's office in North London.
