What will you be doing?

  • Co-Ordinate activities to ensure timely completion of Post cured Factory Production Checks.
  • Co-Ordinate with production teams to ensure checks are done while not effecting production output or impacting on production checks.
  • Co-Ordinate between production lines to achieve checks.
  • Physically able to carry work equipment to specific line.
  • Ensure data entry is accurate.
  • Maintain work equipment to ensure accurate data recovery.
  • Act independently to ensure checks are carried out in line with company requirements as per SOP.
  • Report as required on quality improvements and key actions.
  • Communicate equipment issues and/or parts replacement requirements to site or group management as appropriate.
  • Prepare, develop & provide as appropriate, reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
  • Support site management in ensuring that site systems & relevant procedures are operated across the site fully in accordance with company health & safety, quality, compliance and environmental requirements.
  • Support group management in the pursuit of business development and improvement programmes.
  • Ensure that relevant Department site KPI's are met in line with the management team.
  • Always support the safety & security of site.
  • Support the operation of company computer system to ensure all works operation data is entered onto and followed through the system as appropriate.
  • Support group management in the pursuit of business development and improvement programmes.
  • Ensure that all relevant information is communicated to all personnel as appropriate.
  • To assist with activities beyond the normal role as required.
  • Ensure site adherence to and operation of the Compliance Management System responsibilities within ISO 37301 Clause 5 sections 5.3.4., the company handbook and Code of Conduct.
