Accounts Team SupervisorBSP Engineering Services (UK) Ltd
We are part of a group of engineering companies based in Snetterton, Norfolk.
We are looking for an experienced individual that can grow with our organisation.
Working alongside the Financial Director and Managing Director we welcome a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire their team.
The role will include:
To empower, encourage and lead a small team
Presentation of cash flows.
- To post financial transactions (sales invoices, purchase invoices, payments and receipts) for our group of companies
- Assist the Financial Director with month end and year end procedures
- Administrative tasks including (but not limited to):
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Managing expense claims
- Managing post and correspondence
- Providing admin support to the wider team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an accounts based role,
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Proactive and able to work using own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Experience of Xero accounting would be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and to problem solve
- To understand the importance of confidentiality and GDPR
- Adaptable and receptive to new ideas and procedures
- To be able to work within a team
Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
