On Offer for the Customer Service Advisor

  • Annual Salary of £24,000
  • 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am 5pm
  • Early finish Friday 8.30am 4.30pm
  • Full training and development
  • Modern, new offices in Milton Keynes

Duties for the Customer Service Advisor

  • The Customer Service Advisor will take responsibility for the administration of their allocated accounts ensuring that all details are up to date and that all data is handled correctly.
  • While the Customer Service Advisor role will have specific account responsibility you will need to be a team player who will learn your colleagues' responsibilities and duties so that you can assist with covering them as and when required.
  • This role as Customer Service Advisor will require you to answer general customer enquiries and to take ownership of their resolution to the satisfaction of the customer and business.
