This leading charity works with young people and adults to help them build the skills and confidence they need to move into education, employment or training.

We are delighted to be recruiting an Administrator to support the delivery of this organisation's Prisons contract in HMP Elmley, Sheerness, helping the Team Leader ensure a high service level.

As an Administrator, you will support the effective delivery of the Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Prison contract, including supporting the Team Leader and Prison IAG team with administrative tasks.

Applicants must have

Maths and English GCSE grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
A commitment to undertake all necessary training for the role
Experience with Microsoft products and ability to use them effectively, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience working within a busy environment and providing effective administration support

Main Responsibilities

To undertake daily scanning and uploading of PLPs (Personal Learning Plans)
Support IAG advisers with booking appointments and scheduling followups.
Support the sharing of information across the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Prison group
Collate data from each of the prisons weekly.
Compile weekly report sheets and produce monthly MI reports for management
