Join us as Head of Pricing

What you'll do:


As Head of Pricing, you'll develop and implement pricing strategies for all products across customer segments within the relevant portfolio, in partnership with key stakeholders.

You'll act as the primary interface for the team to ensure pricing activities and dynamics are understood and implemented to optimise financial and strategic objectives.

We'll also look to you to support stakeholders while coaching, inspiring, and developing your people.


Your top priorities will include:

  • Providing transactional capital allocation and screening of large transactions to ensure a fit with strategy, pricing, tenor, hold levels and returns
  • Delivery of the balance sheet management strategic plan and agenda
  • Providing input to balance sheet, capital, sector and asset class budgeting and forecasting and advising on structuring options
  • Providing insight on internal and external pricing benchmarks
  • Conducting resource management of headcount and other direct and indirect costs

The skills you'll need:


As a seasoned professional, with a background of portfolio and capital management tools and techniques, your experience will include a track-record of leading professional teams engaged in relationship management or portfolio management activities.


Along with the ability to bring diverse teams and people together at all levels in the bank, through positive influencing skills, you'll also be a confident operator at the Board and Executive Committee levels.


You'll also demonstrate:

  • Experience in banking, including regulatory and commercial environment
  • Experience of relevant legal policies, regulatory and statutory obligations and risk management
  • The ability to challenge effectively and influence with impact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and customers
  • Critical thinking skills, enabling you to cut through complexity, and make sound decisions and recommendations that are carefully balanced against risk
