Maintenance Officer

Job Overview:

This role will involve all aspects of responsive property as well as planned maintenance within
Northampton, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire.

Responsibilities & Duties:

This role will involve all aspects of property maintenance.

You would be expected to carry out basic property maintenance and repairs including:

Oversee void rooms and units to prepare for new occupier
Oversee maintenance of common part areas
Painting
Basic Plumbing
Basic carpentry including door hanging (Essential)
Lock changing (Essential)
Gardening including fencing
Bathrooms and kitchen repairs
Furniture / Rubbish removals
Cleaning (desirable)
Problem solving

A driving license is an essential requirement, and a company vehicle will be provided. You will be expected to provide your own tools.

Basic knowledge of electrics
Previous experience as a maintenance operative in multisite
Desirable:_
Basic knowledge of gas boilers & electric heating systems

£27,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
