Salary:
Unqualified applicants, £27, £29,174.06 Per annum, £16, £17,504.44 pro rata.
Qualified applicants (with an accredited VAWG /domestic abuse qualification) £29, £31,826.25 per annum, £17, £19,095.75 pro rata. Please note that appointed applicants are usually appointed at the bottom of the relevant band.


Hours: 22.5 hours per week

About the Service
Up to three months resettlement support is offered to women and children leaving the refuge.


The Amari Project is based in Enfield and provides 2nd stage Supported Accommodation to women who have been sexually exploited, trafficked or who have exited Prostitution.

Women in this Project will also receive resettlement support and may remain within the Borough of Enfield or be moved out of borough as part of planned move on.


About the Role


The resettlement Floating Support Worker will provide resettlement support to residents moving out of the Amari Project and from Pan London refuges.

You will provide fortnightly case work to residents in their move on accommodation.

You will provide holistic support including tenancy sustainment support and advocacy support to establish and maintain partnership working. You will be responsible for providing data and any statistical information for monitoring returns and in collating.


About You


You will have experience of managing risk and following case management procedures to meet the needs of the client group, and the ability to work with women to help them to understand their needs, risk assess, develop safety plans, and support them in linking with other agencies.


You will have a working knowledge of the available legal remedies, housing, and welfare benefits, as well as experience of providing training.


Outside of this, you will have excellent administrative and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage a caseload.
