Job Title:
Data Business Analyst


Salary:
up to £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location:
remote but may need to be onsite in Cambridgeshire once a month

A very exciting Financial Client who embarking on a large digital change and transformation programme with a data driven focus is looking for a Data Business Analyst to assist in this journey.

The Data Business Analyst will be a proactive enabler and criticalfocal point, connecting with departments and galvanising the reporting insight requirements from the business.


Responsibilities for the Data Business Analyst:

  • Coordinate workshops with the Data team and stakeholders to gather and influence requirements and gaining insights
  • Defining business process improvements, reporting recommendations identifying clear benefits and contributing to delivery plans
  • Running User Experience (UX) sessions, testing new reporting and BI capabilities including Power Platform and Power BI Service, gathering feedback for improvements
  • Managing data projects using modern Agile delivery, identifying the best Agile processes for projects and measuring the success of outcomes.
  • Acting a key driver of change through the use of data and technology
  • Acting as an internal consultant to the business, devising and planning the analysis approach for largescale projects, producing detailed business models and assisting in the preparation of business cases
  • Developing userfocused solutions in collaboration with the Data Team.

Essential Skills for theData Business Analyst:
The successful Data Business Analyst will have experience with the following:

  • Delivered data projects as a Business Analyst
  • Running user experience
  • Agile
  • Stakeholder management & strong ability to influence
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills for theData Business Analyst:
It will be beneficial if you have experience or knowledge of any of the below:
