Based on the outskirts of Preston, we have an immediate requirement to recruit a Temp bias recruiter to build a desk from scratch and run a Secondary education desk.

Joining a small team who operate within other Education sectors, you will work a 360 role,blending sales, service and admin.

This is a quick pace and forever changing environment so a need a quick-thinking and reactive recruiter to take on this challenge.

Hours of work are 7am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri during term time and 8am - 3pm during school holidays.

Salary is up to £30k DOE plus uncapped nil threshold bonus scheme which is as follows:
0-£10k at 10%; £10-£20k at 20%; £20-30k at 30% and above 30k is at 35%

Further benefits inc wellbeing vouchers equivalent to an additional £50 pm as part of your benefits package.

You will be joining a vibrant recruitment business who have modern office inc pool table, tuck shop and beverages etc, with up to 35 recruitment professional and support staff who operate across multiple sectors offering temp perm and contract solutions.
