Description
Aston Murray is currently recruiting a Head of Finance for a rapidly growing and ambitious real estate investment and asset management firm in central Manchester.
This Head of Finance role will report to the Finance Director and will be responsible for both the day to day functioning of the finance team as well as client accounting and commercial services.
Specifically this involve; leading the finance team (thirteenpeople); leading client profitability analysis; financial planning & analysis; overseeing month end, quarter end and year end processes; cashflow management; management of third party advisors; financial governance; review and approval of commercial initiativesincluding supporting tender processes.
To be considered for the role you must be a qualified accountant. Ideally you will also have experience of working within the real estate sector though this is not essential. Due to this being a client facing role excellent stakeholder management, analyticaland communication skills are essential. You will also be an experienced and effective people manager.The firm currently has £2bn of AUM and has doubled in size in the past year. Due to this continued expansion there are excellent progression opportunities available.
This Head of Finance role is paying a base salary of £75K+ plus bonus, share scheme and other benefits.
