We I'm looking for:

Strong background is software engineering and a good working knowledge of programming languages ( such as Java, Python, C#, or similar)
Understanding of secure coding practices
Ability to risk assess and seek out potential security flaws
The ability to distil complex information into easytodigest anecdotes, stories or lessons
Ability to speak confidently in front of a classroom
Excellent communication and engagement skills
