Remote working due to geographical area covered.

The Company:

Our client who manages a sizeable property stock, is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the Operational Management of the repairs and maintenance of domestic properties._

Day to Day:

_Previous experience of delivering a repairs and maintenance contract_
_Operational management of a wide geographical team_
_Management of subbies and contractors_
_Responsible for P&L, customer satisfaction and contract performance_

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

_Experience of managing a programme of housing repairs _
_Experience of delivering a customer focused service_
_A strong leader, people manager_
_Previous experience of managing large teams_
_Experience of service review and improvement essential_
_Experience of holding a budget_
_Excellent communicator both written and verbally_
