We have a unique opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team in Doncaster as a
Complaints Officer.

The
Complaints Officer will be a part of an integral team that handles complaints recorded by the business, and be a point of contact for escalated complaints within the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key duties will include:

Providing a highquality service, via telephone, when diligently and impartially investigating claims, and implementing a resolution
Ensuring all complaints are solved in compliance with the FCAs Treating Customers Fairly, and company principles
To answer complaints swiftly and professionally, escalating them when appropriate
To compile and report complaints management information, statistics and breaches in procedure
To assist the line manager, compliance department and senior management when needed, including identifying trends and issues

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of
Complaints Officer, you must have:

Previous experience in complaints handling
Educated to GCSE level
Excellent organisation, timemanagement, and administration skills
Great communication, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills
The ability to thrive independently, and as part of a team
A strong work ethic, with excellent attention to detail
