Malik's Immigration Office is urgently looking for an OISC accredited immigration adviser at minimum level 1 to assist with a contract starting in May 2023.
Job role will be to assist with sponsor licence compliance, see below for more info.
This is an on-site role in my clients office in Milton Keynes and pay is on a contract basis - you will invoice me monthly (off-payroll working).
Initial contract is for 6 months with 1 month probation period and if all is fine after the 6 months contract will be extending for another 18 months in 6 month increments.
Pay is £1800-£2200 depending on experience monthly for an 8 hour shift, no remote working. You must be able to show me your OISC licence at Level 1/2.
Roles and Responsibilities of Immigration consultant role:
Sponsor duties operations to assist Sponsor (the client) in achieving 100% compliance like Reporting duties and Record-Keeping duties, Right To Work checks, SMS compliance updates checks etc.
Call out any potential non-compliances and recommend suitable compliance measures to mitigate risks.- Must have OISC licence level 1 or
- Selfemployed (offpayroll working)
- 1 year experience in immigration minimum
- Experience in SMS and CoS allocations
- Experience in sponsor licence compliance
- Experience in sponsor licences and skilled worker visas
