  • 16063Alchemy has a fantastic opportunity available to join our client, a large international moving company. They are looking for an Account Specialist to join the team.
This role can be carried out remotely after initial training in their Kent based office.


Responsibilities:


  • Working directly with moving clients, serving as a point of contact for clients from around the world, and moving partners and staff.
  • Working alongside the move coordinator and assisting with many tasks.
  • Handling imports and exports.
  • Communicating both internally and outside with a wide range of individuals.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that all parties are kept informed of the necessary information.
  • Occasional administrative tasks.

Requirements:


  • Excellent customer service.
  • Basic understanding of the relocation process.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Ability to solve a wide range of problems.
  • IT literate.
