Role:
Finance Associate - (6 months FTC)


Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience


Application deadline:
Tuesday 21st February :00pm (we may close the role earlier if a successful appointment is made before this date)


Start date:
From February/March 2023


Type of contract: 6 months fixed term contract with the possibility of being extended


Hours:35 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Covent Garden, London

Purpose of the role

Role requirements

Key Responsibilities

Purchase to Pay/Accounts Payable

[This is part of the transformation programme and OCR/ML will replace this process within 6 months]

  • Process supplier invoices into the Exchequer system.
  • Generating payment files
  • Dealing with any supplier queries
  • Setting up new suppliers and updating supplier accounts for changes, if any.
