We are looking for a responsible Finance Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


Key responsibilities

  • Reviewing PO & MIGOs for LTDs, Agencies, PSP Suppliers are processed on correct Project & cost centers
  • Preparing & Updating Liquidity Plan for next 16 weeks
  • Reviewing Provisions posted on previous month to reverse on the following month
  • Reviewing PAYROLL reports and posting at the MEC
- (this include Social Charges, Employee receivables, holiday accruals, holiday reversals)

  • Reviewing Bank reconciliation avoiding that expenses are wrong booked in our financial statement, adding the necessary comments
  • Oversee preparation of budget forecasts and quarterly cash flow projections
  • UK VAT return presentation
  • Assist with Internal and external audits
  • Identify and report potential opportunities for cost savings, revenue generation, and benefits
  • MEC closing activities
(creation & reconciliations of monthly provisions, payroll booked correctly, External hours correct booked avoiding missing data, Semi Finish report, Rebates for a customer, suppliers accounts full reconciled)
- "MEC results report for Operation analysis & Discussion"

(Sales invoices issued during each month, External hours reports to analyze costs)

  • Payment Run Vendors and employees & AP analysis revision
  • Reviewing Financial Statement with GL department for topics as adjustment, final reconciliations, confirming accounts are reconciled
  • Add hocs extras (Ops Support, Sales Support)
  • Coordination with all SSC Team

Success Attributes of an Formel D employee; does this describe you?

  • 3+ years related work experience.
  • Hybrid mode: 3 days office 2 days at home.
  • Outstanding financial and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, banking, and accounting systems (SAP will be a great advantage)
  • Proficient with cash handling.
  • Proficient with MS Office Excel.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • BA degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field. (Desirable)
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in order to achieve monthly

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
