Duties:
- Develop and implement a variety of activities to encourage social and creative development, as well as the emotional wellbeing of all the children.
- Coordinate group activities such as arts and crafts, games, teambuilding and quizzes.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive activity program
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff members
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, safeguarding concerns etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare is preferred first aid training preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of safeguarding guidelines preferred (training will be given)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
