Service Manager - Leeds - Up to £50K
Do you enjoy creating and maintaining lasting relationships with your staff and clients?

SearchDATA is looking for a Service Manager to join a buzzing MSP based in Leeds.

You'll be a vital member of the team - overseeing all Service Desk operations and service delivery and being the bridge between clients and the team.


Our client is a customer-focused MSP with a great reputation among their clients, in fact they've kept 100% of their clients in their 12 years of business so far They achieve this by emphasising their own staff's development, with a heavy focus on upskillingand personal training.


Who we are looking for:

You'll need to have excellent customer service skills and pride yourself and building lasting relationships with clients.

You'll also need to be able to motivate and inspire people when faced with new challenges, being driven by the success of your teamand ensuring vital KPI's are met and SLA's are adhered to.


You also may occasionally be required to help out on the service desk in peak times, so experience across the tech stack (please see below) would be beneficial.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing all Service Desk Operations and Service Delivery
  • Developing better Customer Service standards and keeping an eye on operational performance
  • Produce meaningful MI but also be willing to get stuck into tickets and help out on queues when needed
  • Ensuring KPI's are met and SLA's adhered to
  • Building lasting relationships with stakeholders and be the main POC for key clients.

What we need from you:


  • Solid experience in managing teams in a fast paced environment
  • Fantastic communication, with the ability to break down the techtalk for customers and build lasting relationships
  • Strong problemsolving skills to help figure out issues you haven't faced before
  • An eye for improving processes and efficiencies within businesses
  • Experience in some of the tech stack to help out in busy periods
