Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated CSCS cleaner to carry out builders cleaning in apartments and communal areas within construction sites.

Locations include hammersmith and Fulham, wood green and east london.


Responsibilities:

• Builders cleaning to designated areas such as restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors.
• Removing paint and other builders mess
• Cleaning windows and frames
• Working with team to complete cleaning with tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have VALID CSCS Card
• Must have experience in cleaning within construction sites
• Must have right to work in UK
• Must have valid UTR Number

Pay:
£13.50 per hour
