We are actively working with a housing association in the Doncaster area looking for a hybrid working Environmental and Sustainability Manager with opportunities for learning and development in this exciting new role.
In return you will receive 30 daysannual leave plus bank holidays and flexible hours.Responsibilities of the Environmental And Sustainability Manager:
- Leading and coordinating sustainability strategies
- Developing net zero carbon plans
- Liaise with other agencies on environmental and sustainability issues
- Advise and guide staff, managers and directors on green issues including internal and external policies and legislation
- Representing the company towards greater Sustainability in the Doncaster and Sheffield reason
Experience and qualifications:
- Knowledge of relevant building technology
- Taking initiative and strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of net zero carbon initiatives
- Degree in environmental or geography is desirable not essential
