Description
Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a number of Community Psychiatric Nurse to work for the NHS based in North East London

Contract - 3 month agency contract with the view to being extended to more of an ongoing basis.

Working hours - Monday - Friday - full time


_About the role_

  • Undertake comprehensive assessment of clients in the community
  • Liaise with members of the multidisciplinary team
  • Assess, plan and manage treatments
  • Plan, implement and evaluate clients care plans
  • Risk assessment and Risk management

_About you_

  • NMC Registration
  • An experienced registered Mental Health Nurse with ability to manage a defined allocated caseload within a Community Recovery Service
