Credit Controller

Location:
Milton Keynes Support Centre


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:4- 17:00

Scania GB are looking for a proactive individual to fulfil the exciting role of a Credit Controller.

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining your own sales ledger, we are looking for a strong communicator as building relationships across the business is vital.

Being CICM qualified would be advantageous but is not essential for this position.


Skill Set:


  • Maintain a sales ledger for business to business accounts, dealing with small, Medium, and national accounts.
  • Building relationships across the business
  • Monitoring and logging customer queries
  • Dealing with any account changes
  • Overall credit administration
  • Cash allocation and reconciliation
  • Supporting with rental and contract debt
  • Provide detailed account reconciliations
  • Completing cash collection calls
  • Work in line with Scania GB Ltd Credit Control Policy to maximize collection and reduce overdue debt
  • Completing compliance forms for any new accounts
  • Reviewing Credit Limits
  • Working towards your individual cash target & KPI's
  • Competent in all Microsoft products
