M365 Support Analyst - Leading Accountancy firm

City of London - Up to £35k

This leading accountancy firm in London are currently growing their support team.

They are one of the top 10 accounting companies in the world, and are going through a ongoing digital transformation.

They are looking for a support analyst with good hands on M365 experience to help support over 1400 users across their UK business.


They have lots of project work lined up including an office move / refurb, and a Intune deployment, as well as a Windows 11 upgrade so they require someone who is used to work in a fast paced environment.

From my personal dealings the management are really friendly, and sociable group who are looking for someone with a great 'can-do' attitude and who enjoys working collaboratively in a team with other IT support professionals.


  • M365 administration and Support (1
st
/ 2
nd
line level)

  • Experience in MDM / Intune deployments
  • Exchange on prem / Exchange Online
  • Windows 10 / 11 Enterprise
  • SharePoint / MS Teams administration

Not essential but nice to have:

  • M365 / Azure certifications
  • Worked within a similar industry or with a MSP
