A great opportunity to join a well established, growing organisation has arisen within the Internal sales team of our client.
You will respond quickly and efficiently to current and potential new clients with regards to orders and enquiries.Reporting in to the Sales Manager, you will take inbound calls to intelligently marketed or previously engaged business clients to convert enquiries to potential sales along with processing orders from the existing clientbase
No cold callling - this is a reactive position to incoming calls and messages.
The Role
- Converting leads into appointments for the Area Sales Managers
- Use of CRM
- Handling customer enquiries
- Regular meeting, managing and reporting of KPIs
- Driven attitude with regards to Customer Service and Sales
- Team working
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Commercial awareness
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gildersome: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
