Right Car are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Car Sales Person to join our successful team based at our Renault/Dacia dealership in Grimsby.

Our ideal candidate will have the desire to become as prosperous as possible. Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate. You will have a keen grasp on good customer service and be a capable people person who has the confidence to quickly engage in conversation with our customers and prospects and deliver an outstanding browsing/buying experience. Duties and Key Functions / Responsibilities :

• Understand vehicle features, characteristics, etc. to maximize sales potential
• Achieve vehicle sales targets whilst maximizing profitability
• Provide industry leading customer service
• Recognize, process and follow-up sales prospects
• Seek to generate new business by active prospecting and other marketing methods
• Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximize future sales
• Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiation, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, completing sales contracts and other sales administration

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence
• Flexible to working patterns including Weekends / Bank holidays
• Ability to use iPad and Desktop
• Target driven

Basic wage: £20,000, Up to £40,000 OTE

*SJCT Driving Licence Check and after successfully completing 3 Month probation period
