An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Bookkeeper to join a dynamic team within a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in Chesham.

Responsibilities:


  • Accurate financial recordkeeping and preparing financial statements
  • Reconciling bank statements and handling daytoday financial transactions
  • Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring cash flow
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries and provide financial advice
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:


  • AAT qualification or equivalent experience in bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
