About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant/Office Support to work closely with our CEO.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to the CEO, including diary management, appointment booking, customer inquiries, process customer and general office management tasks.

Your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and supporting the CEO in their daily activities.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CEO's diary, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Handling correspondence and managing incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for business trips.
  • Providing administrative support, including filing, record keeping, and data entry.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the general upkeep of the office space.

About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional and friendly demeanour, with a customercentric approach.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and the mission of National Eco.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

  • Oldbury, B69 3EG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
