£25,000 - £40,000 ( Depending on Experience) + Bonuses

Monday - Friday 08:30AM - 5PM
RAW Talent has collaborated with one of the UK's premier commercial glazing and automatic door specialists. We are currently searching for a Senior Service Desk Coordinator to lead the creation and management of maintenance contracts. In this role, you will oversee smooth communication between clients and our technical team, ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Additionally, you'll receive product knowledge training to help you play a pivotal role in identifying sales opportunities with existing clients to strengthen client relationships.

The Role includes:

• Be the main contact person connecting clients with the service desk team.
• Ensure quick and effective responses to inquiries and service requests.
• Keep detailed records of service desk activities and resolutions.
• Provide crucial administrative leadership to the technical team.
• Coordinate and optimise resources for client projects,
• Identifying sales opportunities with existing clients
• Take charge of creating and managing service and maintenance contracts.
• Proactively monitor contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling to enhance client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a lead role within service desk coordination, ideally in the UK construction industry
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner with ability to build strong relationships.
• Track record in sales/Account management
• Good communication and teamworking skills are essential.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.

Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year
