Description

Full Time, Secondment for 4 months.

The KBSP are recruiting for a Statutory Review Officer to co-ordinate the commissioning and responses for local safeguarding adults reviews, children's safeguarding practice reviews and domestic homicide reviews.

The post is being offered on a 4-month secondment opportunity with the KBSP Business Unit and would ideally suit a well organised and dynamic individual who enjoys a varied and busy role.

You will have strong administrative and project skills, be able to co-ordinate and interpret information from a variety of agencies and be reponsive to meet statutory deadlines.

In return we offer flexible working, including working from home, a friendly team environment and opportunities for further development.

This secondment would suit someone interested in working in a complex and multi-agency environment.

Due to the nature of the reviews support will be provided through the team, but individuals should be confident working with difficult and confidential material.

How do I apply?
**For permanent Bristol City Council employees, this post will be a secondment.

For employees who are currently on a fixed term contract with Bristol City Council, the secondment must not extend beyond the end of the fixed term period to ensure there is a substantive post to return to.

If you are currently a casual worker or a member of an employment agency (currently working with Bristol City Council) this post will be a fixed term contract.
