PTP Account Management Associate - 12-month FTC


Our client, a multinational Facilities Services giant is looking to hire an Account Management Associate in their PTP (Procurement to Pay) unit to help minimise the risk around AP Ledger and P&L, reporting to the Account Management Team Lead.


The Associate will be responsible for overseeing the supplier statement reconciliation and account management processes, managing the progress on JIRA and providing the Accounts Payable teams the operational robustness that they require.


What you will do:

  • Manage an influx of queries from the suppliers and finance teams within the business, ensuring these are followedthrough and successfully completed
  • Ensure and report on adherence to SLAs
  • Drive compliance across key stakeholders using system data and reporting to ensure timely response, resolution and root cause analysis of key issues driving queries
  • Work collaboratively liaising with internal and external vendors, Finance and Procurement teams
  • Ensuring the wider team has full visibility of current operational service levels, controlling any backlogs and progressing any aged items
  • Build strong relationships bridging communications across Finance, vendors and Procurement teams, managing expectations and keeping all relevant parties adequately informed.

What you must have:

  • PTP or Accounts Payable experience
  • Detailed knowledge across Procure to Pay processes (ie, 3way match)
  • Experience in query resolution
Desirable

  • Experience in query resolution
through a ticketing system (JIRA, Oracle, SAP or equivalent)

  • Prior experience of working within a Finance Shared Service Centre
