An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a wealth management group based in Nottingham as they seek an experienced KYC Account Opening Officer.

The Account Opening Administrator will be responsible for the onboarding of new accounts and the ongoing reviewand maintenance of customer static data and documentation.

These roles have been created due to rapid expansion, and provides a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable institution with impressive plans for 2023 and beyond


Duties of the Account Opening Administrator to include:

  • Completing customer due diligence / KYC
  • Obtaining KYC information
  • Gathering and verification of account opening documentation, completing relevant KYC and AML checks
  • Inputting of account data on to the system and any data amendments
  • Account closures
  • New account reviews
  • Assist with regulatory reporting for FATCACRSetc.
  • Assist with developing processes and maintaining procedure notes
  • Assist less experienced team members with queries, complex cases, checking of work, training and support

Requirements for the successful Account Opening Administrator applicant:

  • Must possess a good knowledge of legislative and regulatory practices and procedures affecting the acceptance of new clients.
  • Experience of dealing with trust accounts, corporate organisations and pensions would be highly desirable.
