Vehicle Damage Assessor

Up to £38k per annum (+ bonus/benefits/pension)

Peterborough

Permanent, Full Time

40 hours per week (7am - 4pm / 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm) / Rota'd Saturday mornings

Duties and Responsibilities include:


  • Responsible for all aspects of vehicle damage estimating including liaising with insurance companies/third parties to gather and assess the necessary claim information.
  • Producing accurate estimates using computerised vehicle damage assessment packages.
  • Liaise with customers and work colleagues to help ensure efficient vehicle repairs and outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain excellent service levels.
  • Following health and safety guidelines and ensuring that a safe and efficient working environment is maintained.

Your background & skill:


  • Experienced or qualified VDA/Estimator.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Organised and able to overachieved targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
