WB Employment are looking for Food production and packing operatives to work in a award-winning food company based in Keynsham, Bristol. Friendly, supportive, fun working environment in a small team. Our client is one of the pioneering "early adopters" of the superfood trend. They established a fantastic reputation as a wholesale supplier and during the ensuing 18 years they have both been instrumental in, the mainstream market absorption of these nutrient rich, premium health products.

Working Monday and Fridays plus any two days in the week of your choice. So 4 working days doing 10 hours - with no weekend work and 1 day off in the week.


Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing the Preparing & mixing ingredients ready for filling
  • Ensure smooth running of your area within the factory
  • Effectively liaising daily with other Team Leaders and Production Managers
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and ethical hygiene practises
  • Ad hoc duties as instructed by your manager/supervisor
  • Dispatching all products in designated places.
  • Making mixes according to set recipes
  • Visual checks of products before using them and problem solving
  • Portioning or cutting various products
  • Ad hoc duties, may include supporting production or other areas of business

Person Specification:


  • Be able to professionally follow the chain of command
  • Be able to work at their own initiative
  • Be honest, trustworthy, and reliable
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Have a good understanding of written English and Maths
  • Adhered to quality standards

Salary:
£10.50 to £11.00ph
