As our Complaints Administrator, you will be working with our cross-functional teams to handle concerns, complaints and incidents from receipt to resolution, within specified time limits.
You will also liaise with those involved in incidents and complaints, supporting the Clinical Service Leads and registered managers to investigate and resolve concerns received.
Everyday you will**:
- Coordinate investigations for complaints and incidents providing support and outcomes
- Identify changes in process within care packages moving forward
- Use our internal systems for updating and processing complaints
- Handle phone call queries and sensitive data on a day to day basis
