Boutique Store Manager - Bicester Village

THE CANDIDATE:


  • Identify opportunities to drive and maximize sales and profitability
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
  • Driving and supporting team with sales
  • Providing excellent customer service & mangaing CRM
  • Achieve (and aim to exceed) targeted KPI's

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Experience in a store management, within a premium or luxury retail environment
  • Excellent leadership skills and qualities
  • Selfmotivated, focused and driven to achieve personal and team goals
  • Strong organisational and decisionmaking skills
  • Personable, confident and talkative

PACKAGE:


  • Great salary up to £50,000 per year
  • Excellent bonus scheme, Uniform Allowance, and Special Staff Sales
