I am seeking a
Senior Support Worker who will assist the management team with co-ordination and operational management of
a large purpose built scheme of self-contained supported living properties.

You willensure to provide a high quality of support to people living with a learning disability and/or autism and may have other needs including mental health and physical disabilities.


  • Have experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.
  • Have experience of supervising a staff team and coordinating rotas.
  • Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards this.


This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role, to be worked on a 7 day rota which will include weekends,evenings and public holidays according to the needs of the service.

For your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £10.80 per hour andan annual leave entitlement of 20 days plus 8 additional statutory days.
