About the role:

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our business Lycetts Insurance Brokers in Edinburgh.

Key responsibilities
***:

To act as assistant to the account handling team
To prepare renewal schedules as directed by account handlers
Deal with all documentation, invoices, credit notes, etc. ensuring a smooth and troublefree renewal for the client
Assist with managing overdue accounts

Knowledge, skills and experience
***:

Good confident customer skills both written & oral
Good negotiating skills and the ability to build good relationships with both clients and insurers/underwriters
Well organised
Wellpresented, hardworking, proactive team player with initiative
Would suit someone satisfied in an officebased role and happy to work within a tight knit team

Advantageous Attributes

Educated to degree level or previous insurance experience (Ideally in HNW, farm or equine insurance)
Knowledge of Word/Excel, Open GI broking system
