Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Install UPVC windows according to specifications provided by the company.

Measure and prepare the installation site, ensuring accuracy and precision.

Safely handle UPVC windows and associated materials during the installation process.

Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to carry out installations efficiently and effectively.

Ensure all installations comply with relevant building regulations and industry standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns during installations.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a UPVC Window Fitter or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of UPVC windows and their installation processes.

Strong understanding of building regulations and industry standards related to window installations.

Proficient in using tools and equipment required for window fitting.

Excellent measurement and mathematical skills to ensure accurate installations.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unforeseen challenges during installations.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Physical fitness and ability to work at heights, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different job sites.


Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications or qualifications in window fitting or a related field.

Previous experience working with a variety of window types and styles.

Experience working with different types of glass and glazing techniques.

Knowledge of energy-efficient window technologies and installations.

Familiarity with different types of window hardware and accessories.
