Formed out of a joint venture between Carlsberg UK and Marston's PLC, we combine over 300 years of shared values, history, and heritage in UK brewing.- We are now recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join us.

Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, this role will be responsible for key administrative duties within the logistics and transport department, using Microsoft Office, SAP and EPOS systems on a daily basis:

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain accurate and up to date transport documentation
Compile daily reports and KPI's
Deal with customer queries and close in SAP system
Support and cover for Holiday and Sickness within the Logistics Administration Team
Completing daily driver debrief and updating on relevant systems
Liaising with suppliers and working with the wider team to raise necessary PO's
Completing end of shift tasks including coordinating future day activities and task management

Experience and Key Attributes:

A firstclass communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business
Comfortable using Microsoft Office required and further experience using SAP and EPOD systems desirable
Happy to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Able to prioritise your workload and manage deadlines effectively
Previous experience working within logistics would be desirable however not required
