ADMIN TEAM LEADER
Overall purpose of the job:
Reporting in to the Admin & Reporting Manager, this role is predominantly to lead one of two admin teams.
Their responsibility is to complete multiple and varied processes for our clients within the service level agreement timeframe and whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail and customer service.
We are looking for someone who is able to inspire, motivate, and be a role model for the team whilst the business goes through significant development.
Main Activities:
- Assisting the team with processing and checking all aspects of product and investment administration, for SIPP, ISA, GIA, & LISA
- Day to day managing of the Admin Team
- Organising and distributing workload to team members
- Performance Managing the team members
- Completing regular 121s and ensuring that daily feedback is delivered constructively
- Coaching, mentoring, and professional development of the team
- Evaluating current processes and implementing efficiencies across the team ensuring that they adhere to regulations
- Assisting in the implementation of new clients
- Ensuring that procedures are fully documented and regularly reviewed
- Supporting the Admin & Reporting Manager with adhoc duties
- Acting as an escalation point for the team on queries and resolving them by utilising the knowledge found within other areas of the business
- Support the other Admin Team as and when required
Knowledge, Skills, and Personality:
Essential:
- People management experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to liaise with employees across all levels
- Ability to work within an extremely challenging and busy environment
- Have a passion for providing excellent customer service to our clients and their investors
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and have excellent attention to detail
- Have a positive, flexible, and cando attitude with the ability to influence and lead a team
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Desirable:
- Experience and knowledge of retail financial products (SIPP, ISA, GIA, LISA)
- A qualification in pension administration
- Experience with Google Mail and Google Drive
Job Types:

Up to £29,000.00 per year
