We are looking for an ambitious like-minded, personable and enthusiastic individual who is able to work under the minimum supervision.


This role is ideal for someone extremely ambitious who looking to maximise their earning potential and to develop new skills and and to progress to becoming a senior partner of the business.


The role

  • Manage enquiries relating to policies for existing clients (including renewal and adjustments) and potential clients.
  • Manage the placement of new risks and the renewal of existing business liaising with insurers to meet clients' needs and present the most suitable and costeffective cover options.
  • Provide claims support so clients can endure. Follow up with insurers and loss adjusters to progress outstanding matters and facilitate speedy resolution.
  • Run and contribute to marketing campaigns for target markets, including preparing e
- shots and giving input to other marketing communications.

  • Contribute to the establishment of and adopt our office procedures to ensure we are effective in delivering a great partner experience and compliance requirements are met.
  • Develop knowledge/skills with a commitment to continuous learning and team sharing.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for business improvements and creating a competitive edge.
Training in all aspects of the role will be provided.


Skills & experience required

  • Insurance broking or underwriting or claims handling experience ( minimum 3 years required).
  • Negotiation and placement of risks
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Must display a can do attitude to daily challenges and requests.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service attitude.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to drive growth from both new and existing clients.
